APKsHub Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the APKsHub platform, including the website, Android app, sports betting section, live casino, slots, bingo, and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and APKsHub.

By accessing or using any part of APKsHub — whether for free browsing, account registration, depositing funds, or placing bets — you accept these Terms unconditionally. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and APKsHub.

2. Eligibility

To open an APKsHub account and use any paid service on the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing APKsHub account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list applied by APKsHub.

APKsHub is intended for players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location. APKsHub does not offer legal advice and makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on APKsHub, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

One account per person. You may not open more than one account. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared payment method, device, IP address, or identity documents — APKsHub reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. APKsHub staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and notify support.

KYC verification. APKsHub may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or for accounts that reach certain activity thresholds. Requested documents may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on APKsHub are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals to your registered JazzCash mobile account
• Easypaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals to your Easypaisa wallet
• Raast — real-time inter-bank transfers via Pakistan's Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as listed at the time of deposit

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and by your VIP level. VIP members receive priority processing. APKsHub reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the transaction process. Limits may vary by payment method. VIP members may have access to higher withdrawal limits as part of their VIP benefits.

Refunds. Once a deposit has been used for wagering, it cannot be refunded. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to verification. In cases of technical error resulting in an incorrect deposit amount, APKsHub will investigate and resolve the discrepancy.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

APKsHub offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football, and esports), live casino (including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and live game shows), slots, and bingo. Specific game and betting rules are displayed within each product section of the platform.

Sports betting. All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. APKsHub reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly published in error. In-play betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. Settled bets are final and cannot be reversed except where an obvious technical error has occurred.

Bet cancellation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless the specific bet type explicitly offers a cash-out option. APKsHub may cancel or void a bet if the relevant event is abandoned, postponed significantly, or affected by force majeure circumstances.

Live casino. Live casino games are played in real time with live dealers via video stream. Disconnections during a live game are the player's responsibility — APKsHub is not liable for losses incurred due to a player's own connection issues. Game history and results are logged and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

Jackpots and game features. Some slot games feature progressive jackpots and bonus features. These are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the game provider. APKsHub displays these rules within each game.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

APKsHub offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are for first-time depositors only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit, and expiry periods are stated clearly on the Promotions page for each individual offer.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your balance. Real money is used first when wagering unless otherwise stated.
• APKsHub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before it is cancelled will be treated fairly.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are completed.
• Multiple account holders or players suspected of bonus abuse — including creating accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

APKsHub is committed to fair play across all platform sections. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Collusion between players in poker, live casino, or any game involving multiple players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from such exploits will be voided
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements
• Using another person's payment method or identity to register or transact
• Money laundering or using APKsHub for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing APKsHub staff or other players via any communication channel

APKsHub uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, irregular betting patterns, and suspected fraud. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds in the relevant account may be temporarily held pending the outcome.

8. Responsible Gaming

APKsHub believes that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment. We provide tools to help our players manage their gaming activity responsibly. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options — all accessible from your account settings.

If at any point you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem — financially, emotionally, or in terms of time — we encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team to discuss a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. 9. Privacy & Data

APKsHub collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and to improve the platform experience.

APKsHub will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services where necessary to operate the platform and protect player funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

APKsHub provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates correctly and without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

APKsHub is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to a player's internet connection failure or device malfunction during a game or bet
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security

Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your APKsHub account at the time of the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Termination

Closure by you. You may close your APKsHub account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Pending bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by APKsHub. APKsHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or suspected money laundering
• Provision of false information during registration or verification
• Non-compliance with KYC requests within a specified timeframe
• Any account identified as belonging to a minor

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, APKsHub reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Players who disagree with an account closure decision may raise the matter with our support team for review.

12. Changes to These Terms

APKsHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will show a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of APKsHub after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
